Cream of pumpkin soup



Cut the onion into cubes. Peel a celery and cut it into cubes. Saute onion and kombu algae in olive oil.

When it boils, reduce the heat and cook for half an hour. Remove the bay leaf and seaweed, mix and return to the boil once more. Add tamari and cayenne pepper.

Garnish with parsley leaves.
