Healthy breakfast



Oatmeal is always a good option for a quick and healthy breakfast.

For example:

Oatmeal cooked in water with grated apple and cinnamon.

Or oatmeal with yogurt and raspberries or strawberries.


Količinu odredite po želji. Stavite kuhati vodu i naribanu jabuku, nakon 3 minute stavite i zobene pahuljice. Sve zajedno kuhajte na laganoj vatri. Kada je gotovo, stavite cimet. Kada je toplo može poslužiti kao doručak, a kada je hladno kao desert.
